The saying goes, âyou are what you eat.â This applies to your brain too. Not suggesting you live life in ignorant bliss, but ask yourself âwill worrying about this stuff actually change anything?â Itâs better to light a candle, than curse the darkness. Be a blessing to someone. Worrying wonât change anything, but bringing light into someone elseâs life will.
