I was up in Glossop for a ceremony about a 40 min drive.

When I visit the 9/11 memorial and museum, I never bring enough tissues. I sob from the minute we arrive to the minute we leave. But I keep going back to show my love to all those souls. And there is just too much to see and digest.
Malibu Point Dume
Rising tides from the 3 hurricanes in the Pacific and El Niño has arrived and already caused some damage. They use to do rock climbing and weddings along the face of point Dume. But now it’s tidal.
It’s ruined my beach walk. During high tide at least. And the water goes up the stairs a bit now.
And I got an escort out from this nice man where they were repairing the washed out road. The road is closed to the beach at point Dume. You got to walk or hike in.
Omg ..so crazy. Hope that you will see the waters calming soon so you can get your beach back.
Must be scary driving with the water crashing onto the road.
I say just do it. Get a dog if you can. I was so frustrated when daughter dumped a Doberman puppy off with us. 5 years later can’t envision life without her.
Good to know people are out there to keep you safe. Stay off those stairs during high tide friend.
