A few years back my work sent me to Connecticut and I found a place that used a wood burning oven and it was some of the best pizza of my life! No idea what kind of crust. I think I asked for hand tossed

Look up Me n Ed’s. That’s your typical west coast pizza style. I think they are the OG’s in Kali.
Love stuffed crust but i like my pizzas saucy lol Im in love with the new Croissant pizza by Delissio (noy sure if this brand is avaialble everwhere). Its a croissant crust with sauce, cheese, n meat… oh my! And i always have dipping sauces for my pizza crusts lol
