Just starting out on this sober journey again, currently I’m 8 days old in my life and I’m enjoying it so much…I went plant based around 4 years ago, I have noticed through my starting of sobriety my eating habits have improved drastically. I am no longer craving stodgy foods, having salads is fun! creating wholesome plant-based food is an EPIC way to eat. I was curious how your eating habits have changed since becoming sober?? Focus on what you can do instead of what you cannot.

Welcome to TS! I’m also a vegan and after quitting the substances I’ve found myself eating more healthier food. When I was drunk or stoned, I ate shit, but now I’m eating healthy.
