I haven’t been able to load the website all day:
This site can’t be reached
www.talkingsober.com’s DNS address could not be found.
Until I finally realized what the issue is: “talkingsober.com” is fine, but “www.talkingsober.com” won’t resolve in DNS because “www” has no CNAME record.
I wasn’t explicitly trying to go to www.talkingsober.com, rather, I am in the habit of typing domain names (e.g. “talkingsober”) in the address bar and hitting Ctrl+Enter, which automatically tacks on a “www.”.
You can make the site redirect from www.talkingsober.com to talkingsober.com if you like (this is what I do with my own website). All I’m suggesting is not throwing errors when someone tries loading www.talkingsober.com.
