Its day 10. I cant believe. I feel happy. Today i had a session with my therapist. I told him about this beautiful place and he found our community very helpful. He said that it will also be good for me to go to a meeting when I am ready. These are good news. The bad one is yesterday my cousin went to rehab. She will stay there for a month. This breaks my heart. She was in a critical position. Bipolar, borderline and alcoholism. Its a miracle that she decided to go there but it hurts.

Great! I read that alcohol can stay in the body for up to 10 days. So that means from tomorrow you are 100% free!
