Im here too Niz, whats going on? 
This agonizing pain is too much to bear. My strength is wavering. No sleep, just torture every second of the day, and no end in sight.
What sort of agonising pain? Do u mean mentally or physically or both?

If it is as u describe i would suggest to seek professional help, i.e. the doctor
