I don’t know about Spain and Italy, but here in the UK cases are rising quite dramatically atm and we are on the verge of a second lockdown. Most likely by mid October. Most countries are struggling to deal with the virus, not just the US.

From what I gather the plan is a short 2 week lockdown over school holidays so it’s less disruptive to children and will lessen the impact on the NHS before winter sets in. Hopefully it wont be as bad as round one, but everyone is getting pretty nervous again
