I’ve been going through post acute withdrawal syndrome this past week and I learned that caffeine and sugar can intensify and make it worse so I am gonna start cutting down on my caffeine intake and sugar intake. What is something you guys have found that helps you with cutting down? I’m gonna try tea! What are some healthy alternatives to snacks?
Thank you so much for the information! I will definitely get some fruit in my diet. I was thinking some vegetables as well. When I was in rehab I was eating a lot of fruit and veggies and dairy and I have cut those things out of my diet and I can notice a difference! All I been eating is carbs!
Ok for sure. I definitely want to add healthy foods in my diet tho and cut down on all the sugary snacks cuz it’s putting me in a bad mood. Thank you
