İ quit smoking 1 month ago i feel great but i started to eat a lot of junk food last couple days
İ think it is a way of redirecting my addiction.
Can you give me any tips for something healthy to eat when i had cravings.

I personally find it easier to stay sober when I eat healthy. I associate junk food with drinking/smoking, time when I didn’t care about myself. Well just choose anything you see as healthy… for me it is low carb, healthy fat, quality protein food. Xxx
