A very, very cold and windy beach trip this morning.
I was very much underdressed. Guess who doesn’t care 
I towel him off as best I can, but for sure the sand is inevitable! Especially with the wind whipping around. I’ll be fishing sand out of my ears for a few days.
It looks cold! Nice low tide for him though!
Way colder than I anticipated. I always assume the temp will be 10-15 degrees lower at the beach and dress accordingly, and today was no different. But the wind was a lot more than I thought and it was just cutting right through the layers. I also made the mistake of not hat/hood, so my ears were numb within minutes…plus when the wind was howling like it was, you need your ears covered or it feels like you’re deaf by the time you get into shelter!

Yeah I just looked up a webcam in my sister/mother’s town and the camera is moving with spitting rain. I sure hope spring comes there soon!
We had spring! Just in the midst of a cold and damp stretch. Weather channel says we need it though, it has been dry for a good long while. I think we’re back to decent weather tomorrow. The sun is even cracking through here, now.
