My family dog, Duchess. I named her when I was younger because I liked the proper English name for a not so proper not so English Corgi mix

This is Max @maxwell my best buddy of all time. I don’t know how old he was when I got him. They always say 2 . I already had 2 dogs. He wa# abandoned and he followed me and Buddy and George home . I tried to find him a home but no one would take him. And I just could bring him to the pond. No way. I had him 16 years. Best dog ever.
Although Minnie is creeping in on the best dog ever category at 16 now.

God Bless you @Dazercat I understand the best dog of all time. Mine was Jake, he was a Lab/Newfie mix. When he passed in July '2020, I said never again, I was devastated. In May 2021, I found Max, do you see the resemblance? (Haha) This was taken on his 14th bday (one I gave him years ago) at my office. He passed 5 months later.
