It’s too dark to go have our morning playtime right when we get up now that the days are getting shorter.
So I work for an hour or two and just get stared at until we leave.
You think he’d fall asleep after a while. Nope.

Pupdate. We’re having a snuggly day. Had to go to out of hours vets TWICE last night due to abnormal bleeding through bandages. Fortunately only burst blood vessels and nothing overly serious. Could have done without them tbh, particularly the second one at 4am 
At least I was sober and could do the drive!

I was thinking of you watching my desert sunrise wondering if you were at the beach. I cannot believe it’s just the 2 of you now. Boy, if Nuggy wasn’t spoiled before she’s going to get it even more now. 
My heart hurts for you and nugget. I said goodbye to my best friend ever last year and made the same decision for her.

She LOVES attention and got so much of it! She was so well behaved and it makes me so proud 
She was on the hot mess express when we rescued her. She also loves car rides and i love the way she sits in the front seat lol

I was hoping to get all 6 of them.
But 4 out of 6 isn’t bad.
Spending this week visiting family, so grateful! my hubby is working remotely two days and taking the rest of the week off so we can have the full week - so nice to have a relaxed visit this time compared to our usual long weekend with long drives there and back. My niece has gotten much more comfortable with Miss Lupe the nanny dog being around on this visit! She gives her gentle pets and giggles a lot when Lupe wants to sniff her. She served Lupe a cup during our tea party today, put a blankie on her when she was napping and wanted to include her in other playtime. Seeing them enjoy each other is so special, and I am glad she is learning that Lupe is safe and fun to be around. What a gentle pup, the goodest girl.
