Today I took Apollo for his first real deal mountain adventure. We hiked over 8 miles round trip. We climbed over 3000 ft to top out at around 11500 ft. It was a beautiful day. There was still a whole lot of snow for being the 10th of June. We had a blast playing in the summertime winter wonderland.

The stress of the move is showing on everyone. I feel for my pup. She looks more her age every day and it’s killing me so we are going to try and wrap things up as soon as possible. She did seem to relax at our new place while we spent the evening and last night there.

Scritch scratches on this beautiful morning. Lupe seemed a lot calmer this morning while I loaded the car up and left to go to the new house. Not as panicked, but that could be because her dad is working from home today. I’ll take it!

No manicures here, but thank you!
His nails stay pretty short and shined up from all the walking/running he does each day. Constantly rubbing on grass or pavement. That’s why the tops of his feet are a bit pink too, he drags his feet on the grass a bit when he runs 
I only have to actually trim his nails maybe twice a year.

The starbucks people shame me because I only get one and make them share I think they recognize the smell when we pull up. We don’t go all the time, I promise!!!
