I had something similar a few weeks back. Turned out to be a sinus infection. The entire side of my face was huge. I was wearing a mask even though restrictions had been lifted trying to hide my elephant man face. Feel better @littlemisschatterbox.

I save it as a picture and then post it

If on Android go to insert a picture as you normally would on TS, but click on the hamburger button (three lines) to get to the picture source selection menu, then choose Bimoji as the source and it will open the app and you can choose what you want and it will upload like a normal pic.
