Jacaranda Trees are in full bloom for May and June. They are all over the place.

They line many streets in Santa Monica

Too bad it’s always hazy and they don’t get any rain. If they had some great rain and sun they would really be popping.

But most days there’s a marine layer and it’s always about 63 degrees. Still beautiful.

Maybe not my most inspiring…but most meaningful right now. Kids and I moved home to NY last week after 12 years in SE Asia. I don’t know if it’s permanent. But it’s good. We need the breathing space from the stress we have been under. One day at a time. This is my daily go to sit and have a coffee spot.
