GLOSS-TAH !! Never been. Of course I think of The Perfect Storm. Looks like a cool coastal town.
My sister lives in Winchester.
And my bestie childhood friend lives in Newburyport.
I know the 93 corridor north from Boston to Franconia. And spent all my summers as a young teen in South China Maine on China Lake. Always loved the location. Boston 45 minutes away. Hampton beach and hour away and of course the mountains not that far away either. Once I arrived in Austin Texas I never wanted to go back.

Lmao you got it! Glosta I got a beach bag that said Glosta with the beaches on it. I’ll take a pic later. Yep perfect storm thats the town. I love it here I’ve lived in a few different places but this will always be my home. This is where my heart is.

Same thing my sister says about MA too. She tried Austin for awhile when I was down there but didn’t like it so much.

I just thought of something I miss from up there. Maybe you heard or saw some on your trip to the mountains.
Loons. I miss the sound of the loons in the morning or evening by the lake. I haven’t heard the sound of a loon for 45 years. I might have to google it.
