Being present is such a gift. 
My favorite tree on our property has started to bloom and it smells devine. It is a Persian silk tree… the bumble bees love it. It is so fun to watch them roll around in the silky blooms.

With the help of god, family and friends I was able to get and stay sober for three years. I then moved to Nevada–realizing my dream. I could not live the life I currently am living if I was drinking.
Yesterday I took a 4 hour road trip after work with the pup to be with my higher power/mother nature. Pictures are from Dante’s view and painter’s road in death valley. I would have been too drunk to even drive this trip when I was at rock bottom. Life gets amazing!
