Found this spot in my hood on my walk today.
I reckon I’ll be doing this route more often.
I’m so grateful.

Bit hazy today.
And everyday it seems.

What Jason said. I keep forgetting you’re in Alaska. One of my favorite vacations.
Keep ‘em coming.
Glad your here.

I didn’t know bunnies did the Halloween Kitty when they play. I caught the little rascal airborne.

I love Alaska! I was born in Juneau. Moved to Wrangell, and spent a summer up in Nome. The Last Frontier is really stunning!

All right. This was not in the brochure :scream:
Bobcat?
I think it’s the same guy we saw walking the dogs last week.

Holy cow (or cat)?!
Whatever it is, it’s huge and scary but beautiful from a distance. I hope you’re carrying a knife or something with you on your walks. :grimacing:

Wow! So cool!

That is an extremely challenging creature to get good pictures of. We have a lot of them around here. I’ve only seen them a couple of times in 20 years. I have hunted them with my camera many times with no luck.

They won’t harm you, but if a dog was easy prey for them and they were hungry enough they might go for them. Not likely with you around.

That’s really cool!

I just googled it. Humans are safe as long as we don’t approach a den. Dogs under 30 pounds are not. Domestic cat attacks are rare.

What would I do with “said” knife? :joy: I’d probably cut myself

The dogs were barking at nothing again. Again. Looks like I was wrong. He walked up onto the tee box right past the bunnies. I thought the worst for one of those bunnies. So I had time to grab my cannon. I got it sitting out. I only got to snap one as he was coming out on the cart path.

I got to start reading up on the Sonoran Desert. It’s truly amazing.

Thanks for the tips.

He walk right by the bunnies. I mean they took off. But he must not of been hungry. I wonder if this is his territory. I love the striped left front leg. Same as the guy we saw last week I think going the other direction.

It could be. It might be fun to get a game camera and set it up near the Tee box and see what goes on at night.

He looks pretty casual in that photo.
