On one of my recent walks .

Wild garlic from the garden. They are everywhere. Naturally multiplies, so beautiful garlic patches all over the place but I am staying home. Couln’t take pictures.

I use the leaves, sautee them for 10 seconds in butter or olive oil. Use it in soups or sauces, any dish you like. I even make dinner rolls with them. Yum!

This chap was in the garden yesterday eating the bird seed. Saw him through the kitchen window, unsuccessfully scrabbled around to find my phone to grab a shot but couldn’t find it so I improvised when I remembered my camera was to hand🤔
