As a little boy I used to make a very interesting sauce.
It was a combination of

  • Apple sauce (gosh I’m happy I’m Dutch)
  • A Dutch variation of Mayonnaise
  • A Dutch variation of ketchup
  • Peanut sauce
  • Some Danish spicy tomato sauce my grandparents brought with them once.

I was a strange little boy lol

Arizona/California life and crazy about Mexican foodie here.
Definitely no potatos in a burrito.
A burrito, depends on what kind of course has to have cheese, pico de gallo (fresh salsa) and sour cream.
I love egg burritos with tons of serranos or bean burritos with melting cheese and rice.
Anyhow, burritos rocks, so does quesadillas. Make it any way you like it.
Good stuff. Yum!
Oh, fish tacos with avocados and lime.
I can keep going but got to go make an egg burrito for breakfast right now!
