Pressure behind eyes or slightly losing vision during hangovers, anyone else feel this?

It’s been driving me nuts but I’ve finally linked this sometimes weirdness when my eyes lose focus or they feel heavy and very fuzzy after a long night of drinking. Since my latest bender, it’s subsided to almost not existing anymore which is good (Three Days sober today for me)
But someone at my work said that could be a sign of early onset diabetes and that my drinking likely caused/is causing it.

Anyone else have this problem?

Yes I know that struggle. Mostly it’s from dehydration. Artificial tears helped me with this problem and of course water water water
Now my vision is fine again, no fog or doublevision any more.

Alcohol can impact our eyes greatly. It’s a good reason to stop on top of lots of other good reasons.

I’d credit to dehydration, vitamin B deficiency, and perhaps low blood sugar. Are you at risk for diabetes?

Might even be inner ear related.

I had an eye appointment last week, a physical last month and a blood test last year. Nothing came up as a red flag so far, so I’m not giving my coworker’s words too much thought but this one time my eyes were unfocused during a hangover for like an entire minute and I felt like I was going cross eyed. More than likely dehydration it sounds like

And vitamin B12.
