Evening
Today could have gone many ways. I had a emotional fall out with a friend and i instantly thought of a drink. Because sll those emotions rose .all the stuff from childhood etc.
Instead i went for a swim
I go as often as can anyway but felt i needdd to channel that emotion into something better than being upset and thinking of drink.
So tonight i sit with my herbal tea and be kind to myself because i believe i was strong today
