Anyone have PTSD/CPTSD? Just wondering how you are doing with your sobriety? Your struggles and your own mental health? I know sometimes it’s difficult for me. I just want to open the thread to encourage those who are survivors of PTSD/CPTSD and provide a space for us

I would really like to find someone on here specifically willing to be there for me as support as far as sobriety & dealing with CPTSD. The emotional somatic experiences are gruesome.
