So I had a great trip to Colorado, I’m 23 days sober. I felt like I was actually more comfortable with being out at a show after that first night. Just getting my game plan together and finding what worked for me. I stuck with it the remainder of the trip. It felt great to experience all of it and be able to remember and be in control of my self. Here’s a video from the Teenage Bottlerocket video shoot.
I’m 73 days sober today. I’m on my way to Las Vegas for the Punk Rock Bowling and music festival. It will be my first time sober at this festival, in the past I made it a five day bender. That’s not happening this weekend. It will be interesting, I’ll be more aware and able to enjoy and remember the shows. I’m looking forward to it.
Checking in, I’ve been busy! Today I am 100 days sober. Through all the travels and shows I’ve managed to stick to it. I’ve had moments when I wanted to drink but I made it through. Since it’s 100 days sober I figured it’s a good day to stop smoking. Just have to take it moment by moment. Anyway on to the punk rock, here’s a video I took last month in Las Vegas. Hello everyone! Checking in with a scene report. The scene in western North Dakota is dead but I’m not! Today I’m 4 months sober! It’s the longest I’ve been sober since turning 21. It honestly surprises me I made it this long. In 8 days I’m off to Punk In The Park music festival. I bought mg tickets before I got sober, I got the VIP package with all you can drink beer. I won’t be drinking that beer now. I will be taking that souvenir glass though, I’ll do shots of water out of it. I’ll definitely post some pictures and videos here of it. I need to post here more. Cool you get to see propagandhi! Enjoy your sober fests. Congrats on four months! I went to see Pro-Pain yesterday night, sober it sounded heavy as hell as well!
Unfortunately Propagandhi cancelled all U.S. tour dates. I was really looking forward to seeing them. I had tickets to see them also in Florida.

I was at the Coast that night and saw them. I used to live in Fort Collins. I’m actually driving down on Wednesday to see friends.
Oh that’s a pity… Was lucky to see them once in amsterdam, long time ago. Although i have to say i had bigger expectations of their live set, based on the supporting caste album. In the end i found the album better than hearing them live.
