Hi everyone, was wondering if it was worth buying rational recovery. Has anyone read it and maybe can give me an opinion on it? It is about addictive voice recognition technique.

Years ago, I was getting burnt out on AA and added rational recovery to my tool box. Its worth checking out.

Thanks for the replies, will do a bit more research. Have done online aa and smart recovery online but didn’t really work for me.

That youtube link reads the books. Its been years since I listened to it. I listened a bit this morning. I plan to listen to more later.
