I personally had to go to the E.R to get sober. On the way there I was shaking so uncontrollably it was unreal. Went in the back for my vitals and they were 180/118 on my blood pressure and my heart rate was 160. That gave me alot of meds to slow that down and thank God it worked. Im lucky to be alive. I thank the almighty God.

The good news is you never ever have to go through withdrawals again.
We’re the lucky ones! We made it out alive.
Put together an action plan for your sobriety and work it everyday like your life depends on it.

Glad you are alive and ok now. You will find many supportive & helpful people here. I suggest scrolling around and jump on where and when you feel comfortable. I personally have found the more I participate the easier it is to stay on track. Hope to see you around here in some chats
