Ready to step up and make a change

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and sharing about what’s going on lately. I honestly tired of being miserable so I’m going to do something about it. I’m committing to stay sober! But I’m also going to get back to being the fitness freak I use to be 6 years ago. On top of that I’m going to get back to writing and working on my music. I’m tired of being in pain so with all of y’alls love and support I know I can push forward and become a better me in 2019!

You don’t know how much motivation this has given me! I to was in a major car accident. I was in a wheel chair for 4 months doctors said I would never be able to run again. My senior year of high school and I was getting ready to join the army. It tore me apart, I walk and jog now like a normal person but still have problems with my knees. I hope getting back into shape will help develop muscle in my injuries

This is the ticket. Live and enjoy the living.

Don’t get crazy and go all in and expect instant results, be happy with the attempts and positive movement. The efficiency and expertise will come with time.

Glad you’re placing bets on yourself, you’ll never win if you fold every hand.
