I’m glad you’re here pal. You can use the search bar at the top of the screen to find things on the forum. So you could type in “self harm” if ya wanted.

So my girlfriend is going through a lot and last night I was picking at some old scabs and I reopened a cut so I had to update my progress but other than that I’m doing okay
