Recovery from porn addiction is not an easy path. It is a full time job of commitment and dedication. Because this addiction type got a grip that no other addictions even comes close. No doubt it is worth every bit of it because it is my life we are talking about here. It is worth all the effort even if it takes to stay home doing nothing for months until I’m fully recovered .

You are 1000% right. i’ve been battling for 26 years, been married over 2 decades, and i’m still at war. But i’ve learned time and time again: That full time job, if you stop doign the work, it doesn’t fix itself. It’s just there, i’m exhausted, had a setback yesterday, i have countless tools and i started behaving like i’ve got it all figured out, i dont have anything figured out. Oh i actually do: stop doign the work, stop making progress. If i dont recover, i’m working towards a setback.
