Congratulations James on the 190 days of continuous sobriety. Just a thought, in my own life things really didn’t begin to turn around for me (I was just sober, and miserable) until I picked a sponsor and begin working the Alcoholics Anonymous 12-step program of recovery. Remember to be kind to yourself and take it 1 day at a time, 1 hour at a time, when life comes out as hard even 1 breath at a time is how we get through the day sober. Keep reaching out in the staying connected here in Talking Sober, this community has been a huge inspiration in my own recovery.
