Sad for me to say I haven’t been on here much, and with that I have relapsed after 2yrs+ months being sober from alcohol. I have started me journey yet again as of yesterday and hope to stick with it. Support of friends and family has been bleek. But one day I hope they will understand

Sorry to read you relapsed Mel, though don’t be too hard on yourself.
2 years is an awesome achievement, congratulations on that! Nobody can take that away from you! Get back on that sober saddle and continue your ride! Maybe as a support you should start checking in again more often? For accountability? Welcome back!

Welcome back. You’re not alone. I relapsed after 5 years and am now getting back into recovery… 17 days today. Long term recovery, never drinking/using again, is possible. ODAAT.
