I relapsed on cocaine and weed I was clean from weed for 20 days and cocaine over a year, im disappointed but I really wanted meth and at least I’m still clean from that. I don’t know how to feel as I am writing this I justify myself at least it wasn’t meth, I’ve been off one of my meds for a couple days and my head just keeps racing, I just want to stay sober and be okay too

Hey.
For me, maintaining sobriety involves consistency of purpose. I have to do the daily work to stay sober. I learned the hard way that when I get away from my I can’t stay sober and my life becomes unmanageable.
