Welcome to this wonderful app. I know what you are talking about. I also fought this fight alone for a long time. Too long… Like someone said in an AA meeting. AA is the last thing you try and the first thing that works. I recently found a sponsor. Attending AA meetings and have this app. All this keeps me sober. Every day. Wish you all the best!
