Had a hard semester and didn’t make deans list or presidential scholar and just kinda beat myself up over it.

Glad to hear that you are still with us. Stay connected friend…you were doing so well. I know it’s rough when we put our best efforts in and don’t get the results we want but don’t beat yourself up. You are doing great in all fronts. School, work, family life and sobriety…it’s a lot to juggle and you have to give yourself some grace.

Thank you. I’m definitely going to be checking in more. I think sometimes just writing out my thoughts, as I do here, helps.

I relapsed after 8 months too. But I picked myself up and now I’m over 4 years sober. Start today and don’t look back.
