Just try to relax and detox. I know its rough but you will get through it. Hydrate and eat if you can. Get a multi-vitamin supplement if you have no appetite. You made it before you can do it again.

Fight it man ! It’s easy to forget when the craving starts all that comes after, all the pain and missery , for the love of God fight. Try to shake it of, focus and move on… Whatever it takes !
For me It’s always walking on an egde , stray a little and boom gone into the abyys.
Try remember those 126 days, your thoughts then, the sober future you can have for or else is going to be …
Good luck man and fight !

Man, I got sober and had a relapse that was a couple weeks and resulted in me flipping my car four times. I broke both rib cages, fractured my spine, broke my right legs femur and pelvis, tore my left knees acl mcl pcl and lcl, and some other things. And being that this happened on a relapse and pain medication was required, it was extremely difficult. Then I detoxed off everything in treatment a month after my last surgery. After four months clean I had a number of issues pop up that have gone on for over six months and resulted in me having an additional three more surgeries two in my left knee one on my back. I would love to say I made it sober without a slip through it all, but I didn’t. But I did learn some really valuable lessons, like there is situations where certain narcotic meds are required. At these times you need to let your support system know, you need to have someone you can trust with your prescription to help you take it right, you need a plan to come off the meds or what to do when that arises, and you need to stay extremely plugged n with your sponsor, meetings, service, anything you can while going through it. It is extremely difficult but if you approach the situation with caution and get really plugged in it is possible. You also need to know how to limit hurting yourself more and how to take good care of yourself after to try and avoid further situations like these. But there is someone in a meeting around somewhere you go that has probably been through this and I would find them and ride there coat tails while going through it.
