Relapsed again but why?!

Hi. I don’t know if this is going to help you in your specific case but the many times that I’ve heard of people who’ve relapsed is because they are still exposed to the cues that cause them to use in the first place. Cues are everywhere, a lot of the time they are fairly small, so small you don’t even realize it’s triggered a craving for you to use and then before you know it you’re using. My advice is to find your cues. What triggers you into impulsively using without any consideration beforehand. Feelings are irrelevant most of the time and just because you feel good doesn’t mean you’re going to not go back to your old habits. Find your cues. Remove them. Replace them. Live life.
