For me personally I found the transformation didn’t really start until I had peers in recovery in my sobriety group, and I attended regular meetings and had complete honesty and accountability.

Take a look at yourself and think about what’s missing in your routine. Ask for input. You’ll find what you need, then you can make some difficult changes.
