Good morning! My name is Holly and I’m a recovering addict. My sobriety date is 9/17/14. I recently graduated from CDL training and earned my class A CDL license. I am so excited to start this new chapter in my life, however as soon as I began looking for jobs my background came back to bite me. My advice…if you still have a good record and name for yourself, HOLD ONTO IT! It sucks to be turned down time and time again because of your past mistakes. On a positive note, with God’s help, the right job will come. I will not let my past dictate my future.
