Restless legs and giving up alcohol

I always get restless legs when I’m sitting in the meetings.:persevere: I try my best to take deep breaths and focus on the present moment.

Maybe it is mentioned in the answers of others allready but magnesium helps with that! I work in a vitamin store and we advice that supplement for it. You can use it as a supplement or as a oil you rub on your muscles.

Trazodone gave me restless legs. I was lswitched to promethazine because it is meant to imteract on a dangerous way with my other meds and that gave me restless legs too. I can sleep much better now without sedative meds and alcohol and wake up much better. Melatonin worked in the meantime.

Richest food source of Mg by far is dark chocolate.
