Right! Phase 2!

2 months 8 days sober off alcohol but now is time to tackle cigarettes!!

I smoke between 10-15 a day Marlboro green and I want to half this at least and then quit!!
Or do I go cold turkey like I did before?

Also any tips on weight as when I quit for a month before I gained so much weight I was so depressed I started again

I’m at that point now where I’d like to cut this out. Drinking is the reason I started in the first place and I thought itd be easy to quit both. Nah. I started smoking more. Up to a pack a day which is alot for me. Its gross and my fingers constantly stink. Ive been able to quit for a couple weeks to a month but I always find my way back. It’s so pointless too. Does nothing for us. Sorry I havent got any advice but I hope you’re able to rid yourself of this awful habit.
