I wonder what happened… I loved watching him play. I play this slow version of “Times like These” almost every morning when I get in the shower. It was done at the beginning of the pandemic and it’s really cool.
It’s slow til it isn’t, lol. I’ll post it if you want.

Oh man :weary: I used to see him all the time and talk with him in NYC. He was really chill and down to earth. RIP

One of my favorite bands. Coincidentally I listened to The Pretender yesterday after a very long time and woke up to this news :frowning: R.I.P. Taylor

I feel that man, I go on haituses as well, life is good but a shit show at the moment

Probably the easiest songs to learn by the foo fighters is my hero, all my life, everlong. You could learn all three in under an hour

Fellow musician (Guitar) here!
Man…. The news hit me right in my gut this morning. I loved watching (and listening) him play drums. Unfortunately I never had the chance to see them live :cry:

But this really triggered me to drink. I’ve been sad all day.
I did the same thing when Malcolm Young died. Die hard AC/DC fan here. Just drank all day… to calm the sadness. And today I felt like that was the only thing that could have helped me.

But Taylor…. I haven’t been this sad about an artists passing in a long time.

The one that killed me was was Chris Cornell. Absolutely one of my favorite people.

When I was at my wits end and was trying suicide I aimed to do it the same, j read his whole police report.

It’s sad news man, but not enough to risk your sobriety for trust me.
