This was just the results from the treadmill I was using at anytime fitness. Iām not sure what program they use but I will be sure to note it next time Iām there.
Back from the gym.
Biked 10.5 miles in 40mins
Ran 2.2 miles in 30
Niiice.
One of these days I want to try and draw something with my bike ride.

Last nightās gym session
Jog - 2.2 miles 25min
Bike- 7.3 miles in 30mins
Jog -2.5 miles in 25
I had some flash backs of bad memories so did these back to back. Like I couldnāt get far enough away
You aināt messin around on that bike. Thatās a quick pace
Well I am not the greatest runner so I am compensating on the bike lol. Sprinkle in some flashbacks of bad memories and boom lol.
