Checking in after a long tread run. I had taken a week off running with the blues but im starting a new 10k chatgpt race plan for my next race 6/27. Ran 6mi nonstop. Super proud of myself even with a late night and shit sleep. I showed up hooorah

Again garmin treadmill pacekeeper doesnt align with the tread. I ran bw 6.5mph and 6.8mph the entire run but you’ll see the pace change on the below chart. No clue how to remedy. As long as its accurate in the wild

My garmin is also very off on the tread. I’m pretty sure it’s just a thing

Today was a chatgpt tempo run. 1mi warm up and 1 mi cool down with 2mi run in between. I felt strong. Even kept running when my headphones died with 2miles left to go. Its tough running and listening to my labored breathing but i did it. Look at me doing things i said id never do.

Intervals today. This felt really strong. My body just felt good, legs light, breathing decent and my mind was in it. Smashed those intervals out the park!! :partying_face::partying_face:

Intervals day for me too. 1mi warm up and cool down with .25mi speed .15mi recovery jog 6x

Proud of my speed but legs did feel heavy. Proud im to the point where i can keep running even after the intervals. Im seeing improvements and i love it

Nothing particularly outstanding about this run, compared to a couple of others I have done recently, but felt really strong doing it.

Very good run! A lot of songs, whole LP I would say :slight_smile: (I miss a bit your use of songs as a unit of time while running)

Running-wise, I’m still resting after ‘5k a day in May’. Maybe tomorrow I will do it finally.

Run from this morning before work. The Runna app was happy with my slow segments and I was able to hit the target in the middle. I was feeling very very tired in the last mile but I survived. :clap::partying_face:

Today was intervals. Again i must bitch about the tread and garmin disconnect on the pace as well as distance but thats ok it trains me faster

There was a time i had to walk between intervals now i can jog. Love improving
