Running in Recovery in 2024-2026

I run 4 times a week. Every once in a while I’ll do an extra day but I like the 4 cause I rotate with weights, yoga, cycling and rowing. The hubs does 5 days a week and he likes that amount. I think it’s whatever you feel like. Maybe add a day this week or next and see how your body feels

Long run :woman_running: I’m gonna have to start doing them on the weekend with my new job cause of the work hours. I like that Strava takes out the non moving time. I had a bathroom break and there was a birthday run happening at the trail and a man with gatorade to support the runners and I totally snagged some (after asking). I didn’t know about the birthday run :woman_shrugging:t2: but that’s ok. I think I’ve found I like running alone best.

I used @Misokatsu run a song and take a walk break tactic towards the end

Solid work today  I saw a post on a FB runners group talking about issues with walking- like a lady was looking for advice. I saw one thing that was repeated- when you want to walk just slow to a jog and focus on breathing. I tried that out this morning and it helped a ton! No walk breaks :man_dancing:
