Attended my first Sexaholics Anonymous meeting yesterday. It was so liberating and freeing to realize how not alone I am in all of this.
I’ve never felt so understood and seen as I did sharing how I got there. How similar it was to the others.
Im going to keep checking in here though since I do enjoy interacting with you all. We all understand our troubles with addiction and it reminds me I’m not alone. Even if I relapse, I’m still not alone.
Today, the sun is shining a little brighter on me.

Glad it to hear it. I felt similarly at my first meeting. It is helpful to have a community

Sounds amazing. Im glad you were able to go to an in-person meeting. I have a link to some Zoom meetings as well if an in-person isnt always feasible. Ive only been to 3 in-persons as the closest one is 1.5 hours from me and that’s where my sponsor is but the feeling of not being alone, like you mentioned, was very impactful to me moving forward.

I got you>>> there’s about a minimum of 1 meeting every hour of the day to attend and world-wide
