Gave in go my addiction again last night
Everything is perfect in life, and I justgave in to the nice feeling of alcohol
Not feeling so nice now, back go my AA meeting at 8pm, cant come quick enough TBH
i cant do this alone, i dont have the willpower, i WILL lose everything if i dont sort this disease out

One thing I kind of “allowed” myself to say out loud is that being sober and being on my medication, this is the best I have ever felt
