I am new to wearing the bracelet and was wondering if anyone has any advice or stories about getting their hair colored and pedicures. Will these activities cause an issue with the bracelet?

I tended to stay away from anything with alcohol in it. My PO told me it was extremely sensitive. I also had Intoxalock in my car so I had to be extra careful. One time my lipstick set that off! Hairdye has alcohol in it. I don’t think it would soak into your bloodstream, but rinsing it in the shower, and it running down your leg would be a problem. Personally, I’d skip salon pedicures for now.
Check your labels. You’d be surprised at how many things have alcohol. Perfumes, lotions, bodywash. It was hard for me having to switch to alcohol free mouthwash. My mouth just never felt clean 
On St. Patrick’s day, of all days, I ate some bread pudding with a creamy sauce that I didn’t know had Baileys in it. It was only a few bites but it set it off. Luckily, being an honest mistake, my PO understood.
