Scratching an itch is pleasurable, but you would never purposely sit in poison ivy just to scratch your ass. -"Annie Grace:, [This Naked Mind: ]

Ive been listening to “This Naked Mind” on audiotape while driving to and from work. I really like this quote from her book!

So when I get that “itch”, I think of it in this way. Alchohol is my posion ivy. And im sure as hell not going to sit in posion ivy just to scratch my ass.
