The idea of being free from all substance and being healthy…the support from my kids…i saw my mother in law pass due to lung cancer…and even there I wasnt able to stop…it took me over a year to finally be able to quit…and it was sooooo hard…one puff and i will struggle again to quit…i am lucky to be at week 2 and i will hold on to that for now
